I’m Rochelle Fox, your lead instructor.
I’m here to help you go from student to a credible facilitator who creates real results. Over the past decade, I co-founded Mindspo, built a retreats company, created online courses, launched the Mindspo app, and wrote Magnetic with Penguin. I live and breathe this work, and I teach it the way I practice it.
Inside this certification, I’ll train you to stay calm in chaos, sharpen attention in an age of fragmented minds, use visualization to prime action rather than just inspire it, and step into your new identity as a teacher. You’ll learn not only the 'need-to-know' foundations, knowledge, and facilitation skills all teachers require, but also my own lessons and methods as a teacher who has spent a decade in this space. I’ll coach you to read the room, hold safe space, and work professionally – knowing when to collaborate or refer clients to other support.
My goal is to help you develop your innate gifts and hone your unique essence. This isn’t about creating cookie-cutter teachers following scripts, but masterful teachers who stand out in the crowd. You already have the magic and power within you, and my job is to help you strengthen your connection to that inner source.

Who is this certification for?
Coaches, facilitators, wellness professionals, educators, and creators who want practical tools to regulate nervous systems, improve attention, and lead evidence-informed meditation and visualisation sessions.
Do I need prior teaching experience?
No. You should have a personal practice and a genuine interest in facilitation. We train you in session design, pacing, delivery, and safety.
How selective is admission?
Seats are limited to 40 per cohort. We review for motivation, fit, communication skills, and time capacity. There is no payment at the application stage.
What is the time commitment?
Plan for 5–7 hours per week across lessons, live sessions, and practices. Busy weeks happen; that’s why we provide replays and clear catch-up tasks.
What if I miss a live session?
No worries! You can watch the replay; there is no requirement to attend the calls live and you will have access to a community page to ask questions and connect with your fellow teachers during training.
What will I be able to do by the end?
Design and deliver safe, effective sessions for groups and one-to-one, write process-based visualizations, regulate group energy, and demonstrate outcomes through simple tracking. You’ll graduate with a graded practicum, a small portfolio, a Mindspo Certificate, and a whole lot of confidence, connection, and clarity.
What platform do you use?
Teaching takes place on Zoom. Materials and replays are available in the student portal. All you need is a computer, stable internet, and a quiet space.
What support do I get after graduation?
Access to the alumni community, periodic CPD webinars, and updates to core materials. You keep your certificate and graduate badge for your website and socials.
Can I talk to someone before enrolling?
Yes. After you apply, you can book a 15-minute Q&A call with Admissions.
How much contact will I have with Rochelle during certification?
Rochelle is your head teacher and will lead your weekly live training calls, guiding you unless a surprise guest facilitator joins that week. She will also be active in the community, answering questions weekly and connecting with the cohort during your 12 weeks together. Alongside Rochelle, you may also have your questions answered by support teachers and the Mindspo team, who are trained in the curriculum.
Can I take this certification while working full-time?
Yes. As long as you feel you have the capacity for a few extra hours of study per week, you’ll be able to.
How long do I have to complete my certification exams?
After your 12 weeks of live training, you’ll have another 12 weeks to complete your certification exam and practice meditations. While we recommend submitting your tests during the live cohort, we understand that life can get busy.
