As a brand, we’re all about helping others, mental health, and raising consciousness. 

One of the best ways we can get our message out to the world is through video content, but we need reinforcements to meet our goals.

We are looking for someone who is hungry, driven, and creative - someone who, like us, wants to change the world for the better.

This is your chance to leverage your social media skills and contribute to content that transforms and inspires.

Mindspo, along with its brands Rochelle Fox & Manifestie App, is searching for a social media intern to join our ever-growing young, hungry, and passionate team.

Work directly with Mindspo’s CEO, Rochelle Fox, for one day per week (In person, Eastern suburbs of Sydney).

Collaborate with our digital team.

Responsibilities: 

Is highly motivated and reliable.

Is seeking an internship to grow their portfolio. 

Ideally studies or has recently graduated in Social Media, Marketing, Business, or Communication.

Has experience in creating and editing video content.

Has an eye for aesthetic content, coupled with creative photography and image editing skills.

Is able to multitask, meet deadlines, and think outside of the box. 

Is familiar with tools like Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, Later, Capcut or Meta Business Suite.

Is based in Sydney, Australia.

Can commit to a minimum of 8 paid in-person hours weekly (Eastern suburbs of Sydney) and 5 non-paid remote hours for team meetings and research.

Research current social media trends, with a focus on TikTok and IG Reels.

Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings. 

Create content for our social media accounts (Reels, TikToks, Graphics, etc.). 

Contribute to UGC-style content. 

Film, photograph, and conceptualise ideas. 

Write and edit captions. 

Assist in planning weekly social media content.


Job Tasks: 

Must-Haves:

Your own car and a valid driver's licence.

Proficient photography and image editing skills.

Are you a student or recent graduate looking to build your portfolio while gaining valuable on-the-job experience? If you lack previous experience, this is your golden opportunity to get paid while showcasing your skills, as long as you have the right will and drive. 

This internship will be offered on a 3-month basis with the potential for extension.
