To create a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment for all students, faculty, guests, and future clients. This Code applies to every participant in live calls, practicum assessments, forums, retreats, and online spaces hosted by Mindspo.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and beliefs. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour is not tolerated.
We practice consent culture. Ask before offering feedback, touch, or breath/visualisation suggestions. "No" and "not today" are complete sentences.
We design for accessibility and invite requests for reasonable accommodations.
Arrive on time, prepared, and present.
Maintain professional boundaries. No sexual, romantic, or exploitative conduct with current clients or classmates.
Always offer opt-outs and alternatives. Normalise pausing, eyes open, or sitting out.
Avoid high-intensity methods (e.g., cathartic release, rapid hyperventilation) in this program. We teach gentle, nervous-system-safe approaches.
What is shared in class stays in class. Do not disclose personal stories or recordings without explicit written consent.
Do not post screenshots or clips of other students. If you share your own work publicly, remove identifying details of others.
Submit original work for assessments. Plagiarism, AI-generated scripts without disclosure, or misrepresenting practice hours will result in remediation or removal.
Cite sources when you draw on research or published materials.
Classes may be recorded for learning and quality assurance. Recordings are for enrolled students and assessors only.
Mindspo course materials are for your personal use in this program. Do not redistribute, resell, or upload to public libraries.
You retain ownership of work you create; by submitting for assessment you grant Mindspo permission to review and store it securely.
You may not solicit classmates for unrelated services during the program spaces. Share offers in the designated channels only.
Be transparent about any commercial affiliations when giving examples or recommendations.
Attend sober and fit to participate. If you are unwell or on medications that affect alertness, sit out of live guidance and notify a mentor.
Follow local laws and venue rules at all times.
If you experience or witness a breach, contact admissions@mindspo.com. We handle reports promptly, confidentially, and without retaliation.
Possible actions include informal coaching, a written warning, remediation plan, suspension, removal from the cohort without refund for serious breaches, and loss of certification eligibility. Appeals are reviewed by the program lead.
